…. the sun MUST be shining and the sky MUST be blue … but not here where, for the last couple of days (and probably most of the summer), it has rained and rained and rained. Yesterday we had torrential storms with thunder and lightning. Today, again, the skies remain mostly grey or inky black.
The weather has been too uninspiring to do very much - even blogging seems a bit of an effort today … so again I have looked up some sunny warm looking photos taken in Australia to cheer me (and hopefully you) - they have been chosen as a reminder of just how blue the sky CAN be!

But I do know that these are bee eaters!
