An Exmoor Wedding

Well now, what a wonderful wedding we attended on Friday - we felt extremely honoured to be invited - here’s a brief glimpse, in pictures, of a very special day …

And they were VERY posh!

And they were VERY posh!

Would you EVER guess that this is a farm shed?

This much-awaited occasion had all the right ingredients … a good-looking groom, a gorgeous bride, delightful bridesmaids, a reading in church of “The Owl and the Pussycat”, heartfelt moving speeches(especially from T), a disco, a band, a conjurer, lots of hard work put in beforehand by family and friends, home-reared pork carved at the tables, mouth-watering desserts including Somerset apple pie and Devonshire clotted cream, a delicious three-layered wedding cake made by the bride and groom …. I could go on and on.

If the atmosphere of this wedding could have been bottled and distributed, then the world would surely be a better place.
